Chris Nicotra has been immersed in real estate his entire life—joining his father at deal-closing tables as early as age 10 and working in the family’s investment and development business throughout his time at Hamden Hall Country Day School. He graduated from Babson College in 1996 with a Business degree and focused coursework in real estate.

After earning a Nevada real estate license and gaining experience in Las Vegas hotel/casino management, he returned to Connecticut. Sensing the untapped potential in downtown New Haven, he partnered with his father to form Olympia Properties in 2000. Over the next two decades, they closed more than 50 purchase/sale transactions and signed over 100 leases.

In recent years, Chris launched Apollo Investment Properties as the natural successor to Olympia, upholding the same high standards that earned him recognition—including the "Top 40 Under 40" award from the New Haven Business Times and selection as one of 16 "Rising Stars" by Business New Haven.

A firm believer in community involvement, he actively supports local and national charities and serves in key industry associations. His personal passions include automobile racing and collecting European classic and sports cars.
