Apollo Real Estate is a brokerage, development and investment management firm working across South Florida and New England. We're led by Principal and Broker Christopher S. Nicotra, the 2026 President of the Realtors Commercial Alliance of Broward, Palm Beaches and St. Lucie.

We don't just broker deals, we own and run real estate ourselves. That means we look at every property the way an owner would: what it earns today, what it could become, and what it takes to get there. Our work covers development sites and land, mixed-use and multifamily buildings, office and flex space, and investment residential, from east Delray Beach to Hamden, Connecticut.
